  1. Vegan Yogurt
  2.  Almond Milk
  3. Berries (blueberries, raspberries)
  4. Almond Milk
  5. 1 Banana
  6. Flaxseeds
  7. Vegan Honey
  8. Gogi Berries
  1. Finely cut the banana and place at the bottom of the pot
  2. Take your vegan yogurt, I like Coyo Vanilla and add as much as liked onto the banana
  3. Add some vegan honey
  4. Add a splash of Almond Milk and mix well
  5. Add some berries
  6. Add some flaxseeds
