- Vegan Yogurt
- Almond Milk
- Berries (blueberries, raspberries)
- Almond Milk
- 1 Banana
- Flaxseeds
- Vegan Honey
- Gogi Berries
- Finely cut the banana and place at the bottom of the pot
- Take your vegan yogurt, I like Coyo Vanilla and add as much as liked onto the banana
- Add some vegan honey
- Add a splash of Almond Milk and mix well
- Add some berries
- Add some flaxseeds
